Natural Gas Assets

Castleton Resources is committed to providing a safe, secure and healthy environment for our employees and to positively impact the East Texas communities in which we operate.

EAST TEXAS ASSETS

Castleton Resources acquired the majority of its assets in East Texas in a transaction with Anadarko in November 2016. Castleton Resources owns over 163,000 net acres and operates 1900 wells which produce over 290 MMcfe per day of net natural gas production (26% liquids) predominantly sourced from the prolific Haynesville and Cotton Valley formations. Along with high net revenue interests and associated Sabine Valley Pipeline midstream assets, the region continues to be economically resilient. This portfolio of assets serves as our anchor investment in a key North American gas basin and supports Castleton Resources continued expansion.

SABINE VALLEY PIPELINE SYSTEM

Part of Castleton Resources acquisition of Anadarko’s portfolio, the associated 800 mile Sabine Valley Pipeline System midstream assets service a wide geographic area of the company’s East Texas portfolio. This strategically advantaged operation supports Castleton Resources existing production and future drilling activity with multi-level pressure lines, saltwater disposal and compression services. Strong economic returns are forthcoming from Castleton Resources future drilling inventory with upside potential through expansion of the gathering system into adjoining areas.
